DATA PROTECTION

All data submitted in this store will be used exclusively for the execution of orders and will not be forwarded to third parties. We delete the data and photos of the children after the order has been executed.

BUYER'S RIGHTS

The buyer has the right to change the order, but must notify the contractor in time to the e-mail address foto@artpro.si

If the buyer reduces the amount of payment on his own initiative, without informing about the intended change to the order contractor, the entire order will continue to be recorded as unpaid and the photos will not be delivered.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER

As the photographer is not familiar with the child's normal appearance and as a rule does not encroach on the child's personal space, it is the client's duty to ensure that the child comes to the photo shoot neat and clean. The photographer will warn the child about possible untidiness, but since the work can take place in exceptional conditions in the face of a large number of people, noise and other unpredictable circumstances, it may happen that the photographer will also overlook the possible untidiness of the child. In this case, we recognize the right of the buyer to refund the purchase price, but we do not go to school again to solve/correct such an individual case.

PORTRETNO NAROČILO, ODDANO MED FOTOGRAFIRANJEM

Spletna oddaja naročil za portretne izdelke je na dan fotografiranja omogočena do 11.00 ure, izjemoma pa se konča ob 9.00. Prizadevamo si zajeti tudi vsa naročila, oddana v zadnjem hipu, ker pa situacija na šoli zaradi velikega števila oseb in drugih razlogov ni povsem predvidljiva, se lahko izjemoma zgodi, da tako naročilo ne bo doseglo fotografa na terenu. Če je naročnik takoj poravnal kupnino in portretno fotografiranje ni bilo izvedeno, mu pripada vračilo kupnine.

OTROKA NA DAN FOTOGRAFIRANJA NI BILO MOGOČE FOTOGRAFIRATI 

Če je bil otrok odsoten oziroma če zaradi drugega razloga ni bilo mogoče narediti portretnega posnetka, starši najkasneje dan po fotografiranju prejmejo naše obvestilo, v katerem prosimo za sporočilo, ali naj se prekliče samo portretno naročilo, ali tudi naročilo skupinske fotografije oddelka. Če je bilo naročilo plačano s kartico, bomo ustrezni znesek naročniku vrnila na kartico, sicer pa naročnika prosimo, da sporoči svoj TRR. Če naročnik v roku treh dni ne odgovori na naše elektronsko sporočilo, se smatra, da preklicuje naročilo v celoti. V tem primeru bomo takoj vrnili celoten znesek naročila, ki je bilo plačano s kartico, pri vračilih na TRR pa po prejemu sporočila z naročnikovimi podatki (Ime, priimek in TRR navedene osebe). 

PAYMENT FOR PHOTOGRAPHS

In order to protect privacy, we deliver photos to schools/kindergartens, where they are handed over to students/parents. We only deliver paid photos. If the buyer settled the preliminary invoice, but did not receive the photos, please first check if the payment was made to the correct TRR and with the correct reference. Due to automatic posting, payments with an incorrect reference are not posted and the order is still recorded as unpaid. The buyer is responsible for an incorrect reference. In the event of a possible error of this type, we ask the buyer to provide us with a statement, with which we can record his payment manually.

DELIVERY

For customers who have placed their order by the day of the photo shoot, the first delivery to the school is free and takes place two to three weeks after the photo shoot is completed at the last unit of the school/kindergarten. A few days before being sent to school/kindergarten, recipients receive a reminder. If the buyer has paid, but the photos have not been delivered, please consider the following hypothetical case: for example, on Tuesday we record the bank statement with the previous day's payments and issue an order for the production of all the photos paid up to that moment. On Wednesday, the photos are made, on Thursday they are packed and sent, on Friday (maybe later, depending on the post office) they arrive at the school, which usually distributes them a day later, that is, on Monday. Therefore, if the buyer made the payment on the mentioned hypothetical Tuesday or after that day, the payment was not recorded in time (it will only appear on the Wednesday bank statement) and the ordered photos were not sent to the school with this delivery. In order to avoid misunderstandings arising from the time interval between the production and delivery of the photos, we ask the customer to pay for his order as soon as possible, but no later than the day after the photo shoot.

If the buyer did not receive the photos due to our error, we will send his photos to the school no later than four days after the complaint, or after our error has been identified, free of charge.  

Two to three weeks after the first delivery, a late delivery follows. The second delivery is not free of charge. Before the second delivery, potential non-payers receive a reminder to their email address. 

COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY

The buyer has the right to reject the photos without explanation and request a refund. In this case, he should return the photos by post to the address:  ARTPRO d.o.o., Ljubljanska cesta 43A, 1241 Kamnik , and at the same time send his request to the email address: foto@artpro.si, indicating the TRR to which the return should be made. We will refund the purchase price no later than three days after receiving the photos, if we have also received information about the TRR.

DELETE ORDER

If the customer does not settle the preliminary invoice 30 days after the photo shoot at the last unit of the school/kindergarten, his order will be deleted. After the expiry of this period, it is considered that the contractor no longer has any obligations towards the recipient. Before deletion, the customer receives a final reminder to his email address. Any individual photos of his child are also deleted. If the buyer makes a payment after the order has been deleted, we will refund the payment, but it is up to the buyer to send us a request with refund information.
